Mr Michael Bauer joined EQT Partners in August 2009. 

Prior to joining EQT, Mr Bauer worked as Investment Director with Capvis from 2003 to 2009. Mr Bauer was involved in various management buyout transactions and served on the board of directors of two portfolio companies. Previously, Mr Bauer worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Credit Suisse in London.

Mr Bauer holds a master degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic.oec.HSG) and an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
